1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Blendeee, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, please do not access or use the application.

2. Permitted Use & Photo Rights

Blendeee is an artistic and entertainment tool designed for mixing, mashing, and blending portraits. You certify that you own the rights to, or have obtained explicit consent from the individuals depicted in, any headshots or portraits uploaded to the studio.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Uploading non-consensual imagery or using the tool to harass, defame, or impersonate individuals.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the service infrastructure.
• Distributing unlawful, sexually explicit, or abusive composite imagery.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full intellectual property rights to the original images you upload and the composite mashups you produce. Blendeee and its branding, mascot designs, and software architecture are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Blendeee is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
